About On The Hill

Since launching in 2017, On the Hill ( has run 30 programs with over 1000 participants, freelance facilitators and volunteers attending and benefiting from all that is on offer at the farm. Due to the pandemic, we were unable to host school groups at the farm last year and instead spent 2020 focused on increasing our food production and supporting the successful launch of Teign Greens C.I.C, (www.teigngreens) a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) scheme, supplying seasonal veg boxes to the Teign valley from Oxen Park. We have also further developed our facilities, a process that is on-going.

We are now re-engaging with the aims of On the Hill and are looking for an individual to work with us to develop ways in which we can be of service in 2021 and beyond. If COVID-19 restrictions allow, we hope to be able to deliver some residential programs for children and adults this season, but of course, nothing is certain. We therefore need someone who is adaptable and able to embrace and respond positively to these uncertainties.
