Our Story
Mission
‘On The Hill’ is a community interest company based at Oxen Park Farm in the Teign Valley in South Devon. We provide land-based learning opportunities for young people, as well as adult learning and teacher development in outdoor and environmental education.
Vision
On The Hill began in early 2017, the land-based learning programmes, pedagogical approaches and ethos of 'learning through meaningful work' are a result of many years of practice and experience drawn from our Directors and facilitators
Practice
The educators and facilitators on our programmes are highly experienced and DBS certified.
